Full payment of registration fees must be made at the time of registration. Payment c an be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Refunds will be subject to a US $100.00 processing fee, and may take up to four weeks to be processed. Requests for refunds must be received in writing by the Course Office by November 6, 2021. No refund requests will be processed after November 6, 2021. Please call 212-987-OSET (6738) for refund inquiries. Utilization of OSET Encore nullifies a full registration refund.
