Dr. Sam Labib has a particular interest in sports Injuries and Cartilage repair of the knee, ankle, and foot. He is the Head Team physician for the athletic program at Oglethorpe University. He is also an orthopedic consultant to the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta Hawks, Georgia Tech and Emory University.
Dr. Labib has lectured both nationally and internationally at many orthopedic meetings. His research has been published in several journals, including JBJS, Arthroscopy, Foot and Ankle International as well as numerous book chapters and AAOS video presentations. Additionally, Dr. Labib is a member of the editorial board of Arthroscopy Journal. Dr Labib is Board Certified in orthopedic surgery with additional subspecialty certification in Sports Medicine Surgery.
