Dr. Farr received his undergraduate degree in biological engineering from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology. He earned his medical degree from Indiana University. He has a subspecialty practice in knee and cartilage restoration . As a leader in U.S. cartilage restoration advances, Dr. Farr has written numerous articles and book chapters. Lecturing both nationally and international as well as participates in several articular and meniscal cartilage clinical trials.
