Dr. Stronach is an Associate Professor at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He was Associate Professor at the University of Mississippi Medical Center specializing in hip and knee arthroplasty. He completed medical school and residency at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama and participated in a travelling fellowship to Inselspital in Bern, Switzerland during his training. He then went to the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah to complete his arthroplasty fellowship.

He was the fellowship director for the Mississippi Sports Medicine Orthopaedic Clinic/University of Mississippi Medical center combined fellowship program. He is the medical director for the Department of Orthopaedic surgery and is the Director of the arthroplasty program at his institution. He has been selected as a fellow for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons Leadership Program and as a travelling fellow for the Hip Society Rothman-Ranawat fellowship. His professional interests include complex revision arthroplasty and clinically based research.
