Dr. Hartzler trained at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN for her orthopedic surgery residency and completed fellowship at the OrthoCarolina Hip and Knee Center for her adult reconstruction fellowship. She started out in community practice but has transitioned to the academic setting at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist. She enjoys performing simple and complex primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty as well as teaching residents and fellows about adult reconstruction.
