Naoaki Ito, PT, DPT, PhD
Dr. Ito is a postdoctoral researcher in the Badger Athletic Performance Lab at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He is involved in a multi-center prospective cohort study investigating hamstring strain injury risks in American football athletes funded by the NFL and lead by Dr. Bryan Heiderscheit. His independent line of research focus on the application of advanced imaging techniques and wearable technology to optimize rehabilitation after knee injuries such as patellar tendinopathy and ACL reconstruction surgery.
