Dr. Williams is a partner at Rothman Orthopaedics in Philadelphia and is the John M. Fenlin, Jr, MD Professor of Shoulder and elbow surgery at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is also a past president of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, The American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons, the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, and the Philadelphia Orthopaedic Society. His practice is limited to the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder disorders, with particular emphasis on shoulder arthroplasty.
