Download Instructions

1. Download the OSET Digital Platform
Go to https://www.youcanevent.com/orthosummit and click to download the appropriate file for your computer. This platform is best supported on a desktop or laptop computer.

2.Install and Launch
Once the download is complete, double click on the downloaded file (OSET-Setup.exe for Windows or OSET-2020.dmg for Mac). Note: Depending on your device’s security,
you might get one or two warnings – we recommend you override those to complete the install process.

3. Follow the Instructions to Set Up the Application
For Microsoft Windows users, follow the instructions on the installer and at the end press the Finish button and your application will start automatically.
For MacOS users, you will be prompted to the login screen.

4. Login to Your Account
Complete the access registration form using the name and email used to register for OSET Digital 2020 and your unique access code. Your code can also be found on your dashboard under ‘My Account”

5. Choose Your Avatar
Select the avatar of your choice and press the button Continue.

6. Test Your Video and Microphone
A headset or earbuds are recommended to reduce echo or feedback.

7. Join the Virtual World
Click “Join Now”. You will be greeted by a tutorial on how to navigate and then will join participants inside the lobby of OSET Digital.
